I appreciate the opportunity to submit comments regarding the Commission’s proposed changes to the Contact Lens Rule. As I submitted in October 2015, I have many concerns with the anti-competitive nature of the contact lens industry and applaud the Commission’s efforts to throughly research and thoughtfully consider all of the data, anecdotes, and experiences that were submitted as part of this review process.
